Standard Return Policy

At Indo-Fiji Supermarket, your satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund depending on the product category as outlined below. We will work with you to make this process as easy and as simple as possible. 

You can initiate a return for a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. A valid order number is required to process a return. Any expenses related to returns shipping will be at the expense of the customer. 

Please send all emails relating to returns and refunds to returns@indofiji.ca. Please make sure to include your order number. 

Wrong item shipped by Indo-Fiji Supermarket

We apologize if you have been sent an item you did not order. Please email (returns@indofiji.ca) us with your order number and we will work with you to process your return. Returns and refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase. A refund will only be issued once the product(s) in question have been received by Indo-Fiji Supermarket. A valid order number is required to process a return. All goods being returned must be unused. Indo-Fiji Supermarket holds the right to refuse a return or refund at it’s discretion. Expenses related to return shipping for items sent in error by Indo-Fiji Supermarket will be at our expense.

Wrong item ordered by customer

If you have ordered an item by mistake, please email (returns@indofiji.ca) us with your order number and we will work with you to process your return. Returns and refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase. A full refund less a 10% restocking fee will only be issued once the product(s) in question have been received by Indo-Fiji Supermarket. A valid order number is required to process a return. All goods being returned must be unused. Indo-Fiji Supermarket holds the right to refuse a return or refund at it’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all expenses related to returns shipping.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on fresh produce, including fresh pickles.

Due to the worship and spiritual aspect of pooja and religious items, we do not accept returns on these items.

Unused, unopened and undamaged kitchenware products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.
